Temps Leve How to Ballet

Temps Leve tahn lah-vay Time Raised. In ballet is a hop from the working foot with the supporting foot raised in any position. The spring jump must come from the pointing of the toes and the extension of the leg after the demi-plie. Video shows raising one foot sur le cou-de-pied.
