Cou-de-pied pronounce koo-duh-PYAY
neck of the foot
There is three types of sur le cou-de-pied positions.
Cou-de-pied, sur le DEVANT the cou-de-pied. Working foot is placed on the part of the leg between the base of the calf and the beginning of the ankle, in front of supporting leg.
Cou-de-pied, sur le WRAPPED the cou-de-pied. Working foot wrapped around ankle toes going towards derrière.
Cou-de-pied, sur le DERRIÉRE the cou-de-pied. Working foot is heel to supporting foot ankle. Toes away from ankle.
